The Crisis Team is staffed by licensed designated professionals including registered nurses, licensed clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists. They are well trained in intervention and assessment strategies. Crisis Team clinicians are dispatched by Intake Specialists once the request for service is received. During a face-to-face interview, the Crisis Team clinician determines the nature and severity of the problem and identifies the support services needed.
